Orion is a striking 5-year-old, 17.1 hand OTTB gelding, making him one of the available horses that showcase the size, athleticism, and potential to excel as a sport horse. After some time to decompress from racing, he has completed 60 days of professional Hunter/Jumper retraining at Galloping Hearts Rescue, where he has proven to be willing, intelligent, and eager to learn.

With a solid foundation and plenty of versatility, this thoroughbred rescue is ready to continue his education with his new person.

Ruby, also known as “Miss Ruby Anne,” is a stunning 3-year-old, 16-hand OTTB mare available for horse adoption. With her sweet personality and abundant potential, she’s ready for a new chapter in her life. Although racing wasn’t her true calling, Ruby has embraced her new career and is currently completing her first 30 days of professional retraining at Galloping Hearts Rescue, a dedicated thoroughbred rescue organization.

As a quick learner who is eager to please, Ruby thrives on affection and attention. Her athleticism, balanced movement, and willing temperament showcase her potential to excel in various equestrian disciplines.

King, registered as Caribbean King, is a 6-year-old OTTB gelding and a true barn favorite. Sold for $200,000 as a yearling, King showed plenty of promise on the racetrack before injuries ultimately brought his racing career to an end.

Now at Galloping Hearts, King is getting something he hasn’t had in a while, the chance to slow down, recover, and simply enjoy being a horse. When he’s ready, King will begin his retraining journey and we can’t wait to see what his next chapter holds.
